My practice spans photography, embroidery, text and video, and explores how softness can be a form of freedom. I am intrigued by the complexities of what is gentle and sweet, and how these concepts and feelings can act as vehicles for dismantling patriarchy. My work aims to evoke memories and hold familial fragments. I see dripping nostalgia, lucent bodies, and clouded hope.
